Aries × The Engine-Smith

Halfway through, they spot a better approach, tear it all down and restart. The third pass is the right one.

You start fast. Aries wants the thing now, wants it loud, wants the first hit to land before anyone else moves. The Engine-Smith in you takes that heat and points it at a workbench instead of a finish line. So you and most Aries burn off the same fire, you just spend it differently. They sprint toward the next target. You stay at the same bench until the joint sits flush.

Here is where it shows. An Aries with no craft to feed will chase a new fight every week. You found the bench. The fire has somewhere to go now, into the grain of one real object, sanded past the point anyone else would stop.

The overheat is your version of the Aries problem. They flare out and reset. You do not reset. You keep the forge lit at two in the morning because the edge is almost there, and almost is unbearable to you.

Betelgeuse burns red on Orion's shoulder, hot enough to lift the whole shape of the hunter. Your Aries spark works the same way when it has one thing to hold. Pick the thing. Let the rest cool.

Thirty quick questions, free, no login. They map where your fire actually wants to land.
